General Terms & Conditions – Emirates Go
Advance Booking & Payment:
All weekly and monthly plans must be paid in advance.
Daily rides can be paid after the ride, but advance payment is preferred.
Ride Schedule & Pickup Details:
Daily driver and car details will be shared via WhatsApp based on your office timing.
Pickup time will remain consistent with minimal changes.
For sharing rides, pickup time is assigned based on office timing, so custom time requests cannot be
accommodated.
We always strive to keep travel time as short as possible.
Private Trips: You can choose your own time.
Sharing Rides: We create the best and shortest route, and pickup times are given accordingly.
Sharing rides do not offer private ride-style direct service.
If you need to change your time for a sharing ride, please inform us in advance. If we can
accommodate the change based on availability, we will. However, if not, you must take the ride at the
same scheduled time or book a private ride.
Punctuality & Waiting Time:
Customers must be ready on time at the pickup location.
Private Rides: Maximum 10 minutes waiting time.
Sharing Rides: Maximum 5 minutes waiting time. After this, the driver may leave, and full fare will
be charged.
Ride Availability & Scheduling:
Ride schedules are fixed based on customer-provided office timings.
Sharing rides depend on availability; seat confirmation will be given in advance.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
Cancellations before dispatch: Free of charge.
Cancellations after dispatch: 50% fare will be charged.
If the driver reaches the pickup location and the ride is canceled or the customer is a no-show, full
fare will be charged.
Refund Policy:
No refunds for completed rides.
Prepaid weekly/monthly plans are non-refundable after service starts.
Passenger Etiquette & Conduct:
Avoid throwing trash inside the car.
Do not eat strong-smelling food inside the vehicle.
Refrain from unnecessary conversations or arguments with the driver, as it may distract them.
Any personal financial dealings with the driver are at your own risk; the company holds no
responsibility for any loss.
Driver & Passenger Safety:
Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
Emirates Go has the right to refuse service to rude or disruptive customers.Service Modification & Termination:
Emirates Go reserves the right to modify schedules, fares, or policies when necessary.
If a customer repeatedly cancels or violates terms, service may be discontinued.

At Emirates Go, we are committed to protecting your personal information.
Information We Collect:
Name, contact details, and pickup/drop-off locations.
Payment Cash/Bank Transfers, Debit Card (Botim Link) and We do not accept credit card.
Ride history and preferences for a better experience.
How We Use Your Information:
To book and manage your rides efficiently.
To improve our services and customer support.
To send updates, offers, and ride confirmations.
Data Protection:
Your personal information is never shared with unauthorized parties.
Third-Party Services:
Payment processing and mapping services may collect data as per their policies.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Emirates Go
Payment Policy:
Weekly and Monthly Plans must be paid in advance.
Payment confirms your seat and schedule.
No ride will be scheduled without prior payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
For Weekly & Monthly Plans:
Before Service Starts:
Full refund if canceled 48 hours before the first ride.
50% refund if canceled 24 hours before the first ride.
No refund if canceled less than 24 hours before the first ride.
After Service Starts:
No refunds for unused rides once the plan has started.
If the customer wants to stop mid-month, the remaining balance can be credited for future rides but is
not refundable.
Plan cannot be transferred to another person.
For Daily & One-Time Rides:
Sharing Rides:
Cancellations before dispatch: Free of charge.
Cancellations after dispatch: 50% charge.
If the driver reaches the pickup point and the passenger cancels: Full fare is charged.
Private Rides:
Cancellations before dispatch: Free.
Cancellations after dispatch: 50% charge.
If canceled after driver reaches pickup: Full fare is charged.No-Show Policy:
If the passenger does not show up within 10 minutes of the pickup time, the ride is considered
completed, and full fare is charged.
For sharing rides, if the delay exceeds 5 minutes, the driver may leave, and fare will still be charged.
Service Issues & Rescheduling:
If Emirates Go cancels a ride, customers will be offered a reschedule or ride credit.
Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours for review.
